On today’s date, the Independent Director Mr. Howard Lee Lance has made the Company aware of his resignation as Director effective as of today, in a letter to the Board of Directors. According to the letter, his relinquishment is for his nomination as President and CEO of other company, which is based in California (U.S.A.) which makes him impossible to continue providing the necessary dedication to the Board of Directors of Ferrovial
The Company wishes to acknowledge expressly the contribution made and work undertaken by Mr. Howard Lee Lance.
