SH 130 Segments 5 and 6 (SH 130) is a large and complex four-lane, 46-mile, divided, limited access, all electronic open road toll highway constructed on a new terrain, traversing rural portions of Travis, Caldwell and Guadalupe counties in central Texas and bypassing a heavily congested stretch of IH 35.

SH 130 Segments 5 and 6 (SH 130) is a large and complex four-lane, 40-mile, divided, limited access, all electronic open road toll highway constructed on a new terrain, traversing rural portions of Travis, Caldwell and Guadalupe counties in central Texas and bypassing a heavily congested stretch of IH 35.

The project design and construction of the interim configuration (four-lane), accommodates future ultimate configuration (six-lane). The construction consisted of 72 new constructed bridges including three major interchanges; two direct connectors on I-10, four direct connectors on SH-45 (up to 100 feet high), one direct connector and one underpass at the Lockhart interchange; 28 million cubic yards of earthwork; 1.8 million tons of asphalt and intelligent transportation system installation.

SH 130 is the first greenfield DBFOM contract in Texas awarded and completed. We seve as lead member of the lead contractor responsible for design and construction under a lump-sum, fixed-price and fixed-schedule.
