FC Civils Solutions
We are FC Civils Solutions – part of the Ferrovial Group, a leading global provider of infrastructure, delivering local solutions.
We are committed to shaping the future of our society with a continuous focus on safety, efficiency, sustainability and value. Our approach to innovation pushes the boundaries of engineering to pioneer transformation across the civils sectors. This is driven through our integrated delivery model, which maximises synergies across the complete project lifecycle.
FC Civils Solutions (FCCS) was established in 2021. We are a subcontractor that maintains a Tier 1 culture. This is because we can leverage the required competencies, financial backing and technical knowledge of a leading global infrastructure firm while delivering niche, end-to-end design and construction solutions driven by early collaboration.
Working either as a main contractor (on lower-value schemes) or key subcontractor (on mega projects), we specialise in civils contracts that involve complex enabling works, geometrically challenging reinforced-concrete structures, innovative modular Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) solutions and other associated services.
FCCS is an affiliate of Ferrovial Construction UK & Ireland, the UK division of the construction arm of the Ferrovial Group. We leverage the same mature values, knowledge, systems and processes that has made Ferrovial a trusted partner for clients in multiple sectors around the world.
We conceived FCCS to provide a unique market proposition that reflects the multiple and complex requirements of modern infrastructure contracts. From challenging enabling works to sophisticated concrete structures, our design and construction solutions are tailored to our clients’ needs.

Our commitment to delivering true social value
We are committed to providing sustainable opportunities for communities where we work by delivering long-term training, employment, social and economic benefits. FCCS is focused on promoting equal opportunities within the business by creating safe and healthy work environments and investing in local regeneration.
Ferrovial’s partnership with the Greater London Authority and The Equal Group aims to tackle unemployment in London for ethnic minorities and unrepresented groups. Our apprenticeship and graduate programmes create a more diverse and engaged workforce, creating opportunities within the local communities.
As the design progresses, we collaboratively develop our permanent and temporary works designs and methods with our clients and stakeholders. We are agile and able to scale our approach to delivery. We blend our in-house and external resources, working with trusted suppliers, labour agencies and partners that have worked with us for more than 20 years and understand our systems and processes.
