The P2P South Fork Expansion project constructed 0.80 MGD of the existing Liberty Hill Wastewater Treatment Plant, including headwork facilities, a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) treatment plant, sludge processing facilities, chemical upgrades, a lab and office building, yard piping, site improvements, electrical, controls, erosion control and associated items.

The state of the art Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Plant is designed to replace the current Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Plant. This new system provides the City of Liberty Hill with a plant capacity of 1.2 MGD. The MBR plant also supplies the City of Liberty Hill with a cleaner effluent, a reduced plant footprint, more comfortable plant operations, and a reduction in the amount of sludge produced.
