Fill in the form to discover the future of Hyperloop
The hyperloop era: Do you want to know the opportunities of future transportation?
The hyperloop is a mode of transportation that may help us face many of the challenges of tomorrow. It’s a fast, affordable, environmentally sustainable system available to many.
At Ferrovial, we’re working on visualizing and predicting the hyperloop’s impact on mobility services and infrastructure. We want to work with other actors to identify the threats and opportunities we may come across in the near future.

The advantages of the hyperloop
The hyperloop is based on a system of capsules that move through low-pressure tubes that are hermetically sealed. Given the low air resistance, these capsules move through the tubes with great efficiency.
Hyperloop capsules can be designed to carry passengers or cargo. In either case, they can reach speeds greater than 1000 kilometers per hour, which is faster than high-speed trains and even aircraft. As a result, this system could connect the cities of Madrid and Barcelona in just 40 minutes.
Another great advantage of the hyperloop is low energy consumption. The vacuum in the tube lets the capsules move faster since they aren’t slowed down by air friction. The system can even run on renewable energy, thus becoming a zero-emission mode of transportation.
Advances in technology
This is a developing technology that is attracting numerous companies and investors, some with a collaborative model. If the expected results are achieved, the first hyperloop lines will be deployed this decade for both logistics and passenger transportation purposes.
