ShuttleX is an intrapreneurship program to surmount our challenges through the creation of multidisciplinary teams.
This is the intrapreneurship program connected to the company to surmount challenges through the creation of multidisciplinary teams. By appealing to internal talent, we work from idea creation to obtaining validated prototypes to be activated by the company.
Various teams made up of professionals from different areas pursue the Lean Startup process to develop tangible business models, which are presented to Management Committee at the end of the program.
It also includes participation by mentors who accompany each team in the development of the project with two objectives:
Ensure that the proposal is challenges posed.
Viability and profitability of the proposed business model.
